With over 20 years of corporate secretary experience, Nicole Grant is an expert at business compliance. Her love for helping people propelled her into starting her journey as a compliance agent in the early 2000s. Nicole is an internationally experienced company secretary with a passion for entrepreneurship. Raised by a family of entrepreneurs, she has first-hand experience on what it takes to start and maintain a business
As a mother of five, no obstacle is too big or small for Nicole. Her resilience and determination has allowed her to establish ECRS Consultants Limited and work with over 400 clients across the island.

Cadeen Linton-Pinnock is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK. She is also a member of the Jamaican Public Accountancy Board and has over fifteen years of experience in external and internal auditing.
She is often seeking opportunities to develop and increase her knowledge. Mrs. Linton-Pinnock’s jovial and positive outlook helps her to navigate day to day challenges.
